Best Aromatherapy Scents, Part Two of Two

Rosemary: Increases energy, promotes creativity and strengthens memory. Add the oil to a bath to help circulation and ease pain.

Cinnamon: Smell cinnamon for memory, faster thinking and quicker reaction time.

Earl Grey Tea (Bergamot): Sniff the aroma of Earl Grey tea to instantly reduce stress. Put the cooled tea bags under your eyes to reduce dark circles.

Vanilla: Sniff vanilla when you want to curb a food craving.

Rose: Helps with memory and calms you. Sniff roses or other flowers before bed for pleasant dreams.

Tropical scents (pineapple, mango, papaya): Calm brain waves to relax you.

Ylang-Ylang: For releasing tension, calming anger.
