Best of the Fruits, Part Two

Bananas: Contain tryptophan and B6 which improve your mood. A good source of potassium (helps blood pressure), fiber and iron.

Cherries: high-level of antioxidants, reduces risk of certain cancers.

Canteloupe: good for vision, high in vitamins C and A, promotes lung health.

Lemon: Cleanses toxins from the system, helps with digestion problems (lemon and hot water).

Lime: contains vitamin C, good for teeth (can help swollen gums), relieves arthritis.

Raspberries: contain manganese, vitamin C and fiber. Prevents overgrowth of certain types of fungi and bacteria in the body.

Blackberries: contain phytoestrogens (natural form of estrogen), prevents cell damage that may lead to cancer, good for diarrhea.

Strawberries: provide vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber and folic acid. For a healthy immune system and vision health.
